I’ve had this backpack for a total of two weeks an it has already ripped at the seem. Second backpack I’ve had from Bear Komplex that has ripped like this. Terrible quality, do not recommend.
Big fan of these for pull-ups and toes to bar. Favorite grips out there. I just wish I didn’t have to take my Apple Watch off to use them.

Today I sent a third request to Bear Komplex for a refund on my order. The grips I got were absolute crap and I have yet to get a response from anyone at Bear Komplex about how to proceed and get a refund. So far my refund requests have been met with marketing emails and now this, the second request for a review. So my review is this: the Black Diamond Grips turned my gym’s bars into a slip and slide and I spent more time worried about flying off the bar than I did working out. Having sent three separate requests (with multiple business days between each request) for a refund, it’s clear that Bear Komplex doesn’t stand behind their products or have any care for customer satisfaction. In remain hopeful that I’ll eventually get a refund but so far it’s not looking good.
