Alternative shipping options are available if you need the item faster than the standard shipping time. International shipping fees will vary. Undeliverable Packages: If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by USPS or UPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $7.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address within the US. For international orders a flat rate of $20.00 will be charged.
Returns Information
We offer free EXCHANGES and free returns FOR STORE CREDIT on all products that are in new and resellable condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product(s) are unused, unworn, and in new condition.
- DO NOT use, workout in, or chalk any BKX gear. Sizing is approximate and oftentimes a personal preference, so keep in mind that you cannot return the product(s) after they have been used.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original clear product packaging/boxes.
- We reserve the right to deny any exchanges and returns that DO NOT meet our return policy requirements. Additional postage fees will be required for the package to be returned to you.
- Exchanges and returns outside of the 30 days of delivery are responsible for the return postage. Return labels are unable to be generated past the 30 day return window.
- Please allow 5-7 business days AFTER your package is received for your return or exchange to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent along with progress updates.
