These cast iron plates offer an ergonomically curved design that helps to form to the torso when placed inside a plate carrier vest. Not to mention, these plates also feature a swimmer's cut to allow the arms to move freely and comfortably.
Made in the USA, the Bear KompleX Weight Vest Plates are available in two sizes- 5.75LB Pair, and an 8.75LB Pair. When combined with most 2.5LB plate carrier vests on the market, the total weight comes out to be 14 and 20 pounds, respectively.
