WHAT’S IN THE BOX
- The BKX Max Ski delivers in 1 or 2 boxes depending on if the customer buys both the erg and the floor stand. Each part of the ski trainer comes in a separate box.
- If a floor stand is not needed, then a customer will only receive 1 box that includes the erg and wall mount accessories.
- Inside each box, you will find a user manual, all the necessary tools, and batteries so you can start training right away!

- We are happy to offer free shipping to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Please allow 5-7 business days for the BKX Max Ski to ship.

1-2 Day Shipping (Priority Mail Express): Orders placed before 2pm CST will ship out the same business day they are placed. You will receive the package within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 1PM CST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. Shipping times DO NOT include the day the order was placed. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and USPS exceptions beyond our control.

Free Shipping - Orders over $75* (Continental USA): Please allow 2-3 business days for these orders to be processed. **EXCLUSIONS: Free Shipping is NOT applicable on orders that include Weight Plates. A flat shipping fee of $14 will be added to these orders.
International Shipping: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the package to reach the country of destination. Shipping times DO NOT include the day the order was placed. The shipment then has to go through customs clearances. The speed of clearing customs will vary depending on the country. Alternative shipping options are available if you need the item faster than the standard shipping time. International shipping fees will vary. Duty and tax fees are NOT included in the cost of the purchase. Customers are responsible for paying these fees upon the arrival of the package.
Undeliverable Packages: If the address provided is incorrect and undelivered by USPS or UPS, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $7.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address within the US. For international orders a flat rate of $20.00 will be charged.
Returns Information
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to prior approval. Returned items must be in their original packaging, in new condition, and shipped on a pallet. A 20% restocking fee will be applied if the product is not returned in its original packaging, new condition, or on a pallet.
Refunds will exclude all shipping, freight, and handling costs for both outbound and return shipments.
