Which thickness? It's in the size name below.
5 mm
Metcons, WODs, mixed sessions. More flexible, breathes better.
7 mm
Heavy squats, Olympic lifting, low-rep strength. Stiffer, more rebound.
Between sizes? Size up. A sleeve that's too tight gets pushed down; a slightly looser one stays put.

Why these and not the $20 ones
Built for the part of the session where other sleeves slide
- 01
Longer cut holds its position
Standard sleeves are cut short and roll down as you warm up. These run higher on the thigh and lower on the calf, so they stay where you put them from the first rep to the last.
Instead ofHitching sleeves up between sets - 02
Contoured, not a tube
Shaped neoprene wraps the joint and moves with it, so you get support at the bottom of the squat without fighting the sleeve on the way down.
Instead ofChoosing between support and depth - 03
Two thicknesses, one job each
5 mm for mixed sessions and metcons where you need flexibility. 7 mm for heavy strength work where you want stiffness and rebound.
Instead ofBuying the wrong sleeve for the job - 04
Pull on, no velcro, no readjusting
No straps to loosen, no wrap to redo between sets. Pull them on before the warm-up and forget about them.
Instead ofRe-wrapping every set - 05
Sized by knee and calf
Most sleeves size by knee only, which is why they won't go over bigger calves. Measure both, S through XXL, and use the chart to pick. Between sizes, size up.

LABOR20 Choose your sizeWhat they wrote after wearing them
Knee saver, game changer
Two months in. They haven't rolled once, even on the high-rep days where my old pair was at my shins by round three.
Best fit I've had
Bigger calves, sized by the chart, went up one. First pair that actually goes over the calf without cutting off circulation.
Fit, support, no slip
Heavy squat days are where the 7 mm earns it. Rebound out of the hole is noticeable and I'm not tugging them up between sets.
Exactly what I needed
Bought the 5 mm for metcons after the 7 mm felt too stiff for box jumps. Having both options explained made the choice easy.
Questions
Before you buy
How do I measure for the right size?
Measure around the knee cap and around the widest part of the calf. Use the larger of the two on the chart. If you land between sizes, size up.
5 mm or 7 mm?
5 mm if most of your training is mixed or high-rep. 7 mm if it's mostly heavy squats and Olympic lifts. If you do both seriously, most people end up with one pair of each.
Will they stay up during a WOD?
That's the point of the longer cut. They're designed to sit high on the thigh and not migrate as you sweat.
Are they legal for competition?
Check your federation's rules on thickness. 7 mm is the common upper limit in powerlifting; CrossFit competitions generally allow both.
What if the size is wrong?
Swap for a different size within 30 days. Unworn, in the original packaging.
How do I wash them?
Hand wash or gentle cycle, cold, and air dry. Don't tumble dry neoprene.
