Nick Urankar has been involved in competitive sports since a young child. He eventually excelled in Football and went on to play at Indiana State University where he graduated with a degree in communication and began his personal training career. He began focusing his training on CrossFit in 2010 and since has shined, most recently competing in the 2011 and 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games where he placed 36th and 28th in the WORLD! He plans to continue training and cannot wait to help people reach their goals at CrossFit 061. “After Football I thought there was no Competitive outlet except distance running, so I began running half marathons. Eventually I found CrossFit and had a new outlet that incorporated a new passion running, with the old competitive feeling I got while playing football. I want to share my passion and knowledge for CrossFit to everyone I come across!”
